Casa Uno e Due

ITA  -  Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di una fabbricato bifamiliare le cui unità abitative si sviluppano su due piani. Al piano terra, le case hanno una forma a "L", con i locali tecnici che fanno da punto di unione tra le due unità. I piani superiori si dispongono perpendicolarmente, creando un suggestivo aggetto. Un elemento che non è solo architettonico, ma anche altamente funzionale: si crea così in modo naturale un’area coperta, perfetta per il parcheggio di due auto per ciascuna unità. A sorreggere questi volumi in aggetto due pratici vani con accesso esterno, ideali come depositi per attrezzi o biciclette. Al piano terra della prima abitazione, l’open space leggermente rialzato accoglie con un’atmosfera ariosa e luminosa, grazie a grandi vetrate che incorniciano il giardino, filtrano la luce naturale, offrendo una vista aperta e rilassante. La zona giorno si apre su spazi studiati per un comfort climatico ottimale: ampie aperture a sud e più contenute a nord per sfruttare gli apporti solari invernali e proteggerne l’eccesso durante estate. All’ingresso una comoda lavanderia che include anche un bagno a servizio della zona giorno. Al primo piano si colloca la zona notte, un'oasi di tranquillità con due camere da letto, due bagni e un corridoio che si apre sullo studio. Quest'ultimo, grazie a una suggestiva doppia altezza, si affaccia direttamente sull'atrio d'ingresso, creando una connessione visiva tra i due livelli.

L'accesso alla seconda abitazione si trova sul lato nord, all'interno di una nicchia protetta che include anche l'ingresso alla centrale termica dedicata. Varcata la soglia, si accede all’ampio open space del piano terra che, come per la prima abitazione, è leggermente rialzato rispetto all'atrio d'ingresso, creando un ambiente dinamico. Per garantire la massima privacy al giardino della prima abitazione, Casa 2 non ha finestre sul lato ovest: le vetrate più grandi sono tutte rivolte a est, inondando gli spazi di luce naturale al mattino. Un'ulteriore, splendida vetrata in cucina permette di accedere direttamente alla terrazza esposta a sud, ideale per godersi il sole e le cene all'aperto.

ENG  - The project involves the construction of a two-family building with residential units spread across two floors. On the ground floor, the homes are L-shaped, with utility rooms serving as a connecting point between the two units. The upper floors are arranged perpendicularly, creating a striking overhang. This element is not only architectural but also highly functional: it naturally creates a covered area, perfect for parking two cars per unit. These overhanging volumes are supported by two practical rooms with external access, ideal for storing tools or bicycles. On the ground floor of the first unit, the slightly raised open space welcomes guests with an airy and bright atmosphere, thanks to large windows that frame the garden, filtering natural light, and offering a relaxing, open view. The living area opens onto spaces designed for optimal climate comfort: large windows facing south and smaller ones facing north to take advantage of solar gain in winter and protect against excess solar gain in summer. At the entrance, a convenient laundry room also includes a bathroom serving the living area. The sleeping area is located on the first floor, a tranquil oasis with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a hallway that opens onto the study. The study, thanks to its striking double-height, overlooks the entrance hall, creating a visual connection between the two levels.
The access to the second apartment is on the north side, within a protected alcove that also includes the entrance to the dedicated heating system. Crossing the threshold leads to the large open space on the ground floor, which, like the first apartment, is slightly raised above the entrance hall, creating a dynamic atmosphere. To ensure maximum privacy for the garden of the first apartment, House 2 has no windows on the west side: the largest windows all face east, flooding the spaces with natural light in the morning. An additional, splendid window in the kitchen provides direct access to the south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining.
