ITA  - Il progetto riguarda un complesso bifamiliare distribuito su due livelli distinti. Al piano terra, le abitazioni a "L" sono unite dai locali tecnici comuni. I piani superiori perpendicolari generano un aggetto architettonico dinamico. Tale sporgenza funge da copertura naturale per due posti auto a unità. Due vani esterni adibiti a deposito sostengono strutturalmente i volumi. Gli interni vantano open space rialzati e luminosi grazie a grandi vetrate. La prima casa ottimizza il clima con aperture calibrate tra nord e sud. Al piano superiore, uno studio a doppia altezza si affaccia sull'ingresso. La zona notte della prima unità include due camere e doppi servizi. La seconda abitazione ha un accesso riservato posto sul lato settentrionale. La privacy tra le unità è garantita dall'assenza di finestre verso ovest. In Casa 2, l'illuminazione zenitale domina gli spazi dal lato orientale. La cucina di questa unità si apre direttamente su una terrazza a sud. Tutto il design fonde estetica moderna e funzionalità energetica passiva. L'integrazione tra interni ed esterni definisce un comfort abitativo d'élite.

Perpendicular upper floors create a bold and dynamic architectural cantilever. This overhang provides a natural covered parking area for two cars per unit. External storage rooms for bikes and tools support the projecting volumes. The interiors feature raised open-plan living areas with large windows. The first home optimizes climate comfort through strategic solar orientation. An upper-floor studio with a double-height ceiling overlooks the entrance. The sleeping quarters in the first unit include two bedrooms and two baths. The second home is accessed via a private niche located on the north side. Privacy is ensured by the absence of west-facing windows in the second unit. Its main living spaces are flooded with morning light from the eastern side. A large kitchen window provides direct access to a south-facing terrace. The design seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with passive energy efficiency. Integration between indoor and outdoor spaces ensures premium living comfort.
